Anaïk is efficient

Anaïk has been forever designing and subcontracting the production of fabric accessories. Knowledge of the possibilities and constraints with regard to production is truly part of the services we offer. French, then Tunisian, and now Asian plants are regularly audited and run by our Production Managers. These engineers work as part of the Anaïk team in offices located close to the production sites: Lille (France), Paris, Hong Kong and Shanghai.

They take action from the product design stage by mastering all the components and optimizing the different types of assembly (modeling) to making products in accordance with customer needs. Production Managers assess the operational range as well as the time required for production in order to master industrial cost prices. They also check product quality on site at the beginning, intermediary and final stages of production to ensure that the products respect the quality standards established with the customer in the General Purchase Conditions.

As a result of these well-balanced and close relationships with factories and suppliers, Anaïk is able to request and obtain from its suppliers a quality product in a timely manner.
Anaïk has centered its activity in the following areas: sewing, gluing and heatsealing for the production of the simplest to the most complex models of toiletry bags, bags and luggage. To ensure the optimal efficiency of our Anaïk teams worldwide, all stages, from development to delivery, are managed and shared via Anaik boutique, a managing and following process tool developped by its computering engineers.

Among productions in France, 15 Anaïk's collaborators in China and in India work every day in factories to secure our running developments and productions. All our partner factories signed the Code of Conduct and Ethic of Anaïk and we work very closely with them to ensure they regularly improve their conditions to reach the ILO criteria.
